The newer versions of RealPlayer allow you to download any video including those on youtube.

I know, I know... it’s RealPlayer... but if you want to keep the video, it’s worth it.

If you’re a Firefox browser user, there’s an add-on called DownloadHelper which allows you to capture YouTube content in a variety of file formats like .FLV & MP4. Very useful tool...
