There is another one from a group called "Account Services" offering to reduce your credit card interest.

I've gotten several of them and the latest one, three days ago, I followed the prompts and got a female. In answer to each of her questions I demanded they remove my number from their call list. The last time I stated my request she said "NO" and hung up.

I have already reported them to the FCC and for whatever reason they can't do anything about it as detailed in a written response to my complaint.

Gosh, I thought the government was supposed to be the answer to all our junk phone calls by implementing the "Do Not Call" list..........LOL!

It's pretty simple. You should have complained to the FTC, not the FCC. No wonder they couldn't help.

Yup....I get harassed by both of these companies. Sometimes they will call me twice a day. The number on the caller ID is bogus and leads to disconnected numbers.
