I already pay too much for my phone service. Your answer is that I pay another fee so that I can "not answer" my phone that I paid for so that I could get calls from people I give my number to?

And you still have to take time out to find out who's calling by looking at the caller ID thing so that still allows them to invade your privacy and harass you in your own home.
