He is a good man that moves on. He has a life, his detractors do not.

"God bless him, bless his heart, president of the United States -- a total failure, losing all credibility with the American people on the economy, on the war, on energy, you name the subject." She actually said this? unggggggggg. I can't even allow myself to think what I want to say.
To: eyedigress
his detractors do not.that is the nature of the parasite.

Bush did the best he could given the realities he faced, and his best was so much better than a whole bunch of others that wanted the job. Bravo!! Wholeheartedly agree with that statement. People are forgetting the realities that President Bush faced daily.

Thanks for sharing that info with me too. For some reason I didn’t know that. Wow....I’m glad he likes her! - Maybe he WILL be Sec of State some day soon, and NO ONE WILL EVER push US around anymore!

Just think of the fits the Left will go into when Bolton is given a Cabinet post in Palin’s administration. Makes me giddy just thinking about it.

...If you care to comment on Bush, pick an issue, and start the arguement. Blanketed assaults are real productive on FR for a lot of folks, but not for some of us that are here for debate. Here’s a mop, wipe the floor...

I look forward to the day when "journalists" look back to when Pelosi and Reid took over Congress and then critically look at the economy before and after.
Bush, for all is supposed faults and shortcomings, and the Republican congress did a lot of good for the economy despite inheriting a recession, having the country attacked on 9/11 and then fighting two wars against islamic terror.
Perhaps when the Bush tax cuts expire, and the obamanation economy responds as it will, "journalists" will have a reason to review recent history.

I'm opting not to read any of the other comments. Avoiding the BDS afflicted seems a wise thing to do.

THANK YOU for the ping . . . This is an excellent ‘commentary’ — what a refreshing change from the moronic tripe foisted upon us daily by the leftist media and their useful idiots here at FR (a few of which have found their way onto this thread)!!
Bottom line: Time (and Obama’s idiocy) will continue to reveal what we already know: During his 8 year tenure as president, George W Bush lead this country with courage, character and vision!
