Credit George Herbert Walker Bush and Barbara for the decorum displayed the past 8 years. They insisted this day would come and I’m sure there’s a smile on their faces.

Can’t believe I missed that parallel, that’s a good comeback to the moonbats.

Oh knock it off, I loved the guy and I even got an opportunity to shake his hand in 2001, before 911.
I seldom put up qualifiers, but I’m critical of anyone in power for one thing or another. Beside, I sometimes use them to help keep the flies off of me. LOL

Fat chance!

I have used it already. ALL of them haven’t used a logical comeback except “he was looking down”.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Bush may have been cozy with the Saudi’s but he never bowed to them like Obama did.

And speaking of Dick Cheney: Not only has he proved to be an important and articulate defender of the Bush administration's national-security policy; his repeated interviews and statements have done Bush the service of drawing fire away from the former president. Bush not only looks wise these days; he looks modest and thoughtful as well. And Cheney's (denied) request to declassify more CIA interrogation memos explodes the myth of the "most secretive administration in American history."Love it! That's our guys!

I know I've left out people - I'm sorry...
I had to share!
Hubby went to the NRA Convention, and we were talking about who was speaking and rehearsing what we'd say to each of them if we got the chance, well....hubby handed me his cell phone and I got to speak to AMBASSADOR BOLTON!!!! I'M SO EXCITED.
I said: "John Bolton, you are the man!!! Thank you for coming on TV and absolutely making so much sense! There are more Conservatives out there than you even know, and we all appreciate every inch of what you do for America!" He thanked me and you could tell he was really smiling as he did so.
Then, hubby gave him his book to sign and he wrote, "It was nice talking to you!" and my name...inside!!!
I'm so jazzed, can you tell??? My dream Sec of State and one of the top five people I wish I could have dinner with. That man knows so much and always sticks to his guns. I love that in a person.
Anyway...I had to share!

Just great Nord, Amb. John Bolton is one of
the great Americans.
He was a foreign affairs advisor to Gov. Palin during the election.
The other evening, Greta had a great interview with Bolton at his office. He is often on her program.
