The complaint is actually about the data base.

I think the data base should be purely voluntary ~ if you want your medical history on it, it goes on, otherwise it doesn't go on.

There's no reason whatsoever why there has to be a permanent medical record for you to get the care and treatment you need.

If you have something serious they're going to do all the tests and examinations you ever had all over again anyway.
