I guess I’m missing it. How is the term, “Fighting Sioux” offensive? Now, if they were named say, the “Sissy Sioux”, then I might understand it.
If you read the article you would have seen that in a 2-1 vote the supposed offended individuals supported the use of the name. This is just PCism run amok as usual.
