She is a spoiled Brat like her Father, and was only about 5 when her Mother was zonked out hooked on huge numbers of heavy duty pain meds. she probably had to fend for herself a great deal of the time, and Daddy was away a lot of the time. I pity her, she obviously wants romance and attention and is going about getting both the wrong way. Looking for love in all the wrong places.
