PDF on Savage's site... The idea here is to engage U.S. officials in denouncing this action which is good for a number of reasons including preempting and discouraging what some "weenies" in this country want to do.
I think bornred has a point about national sovereignty. I hate the "international" code or law thing (other than that which affirms national sovereignty) that is slowly blurring national borders, language and culture. Bottom line - if the UK want to be stupid, that's up to them - they have that right just like our country does. Our protest should be to towards our officials to sanction against such policies.

The same little island that produced Orwell, Huxley, and other thinkers who would have vociferously rejected the British government's current modus operandi of juvenile, reflexive pusillanimity, and self-serving but ultimately suicidal manipulation of language.
I hear they've recently increased the chocolate ration.

One of my kitties is over 20 lbs and even my 9 lb cat is bigger than our neighbours 2 dogs. (One of them is a chihuahua and the other dog is even smaller than the chihuahua).

Expecting the Brits to go along with our notion of First Amendment free speech rights is a tad bit silly.
You are spot-on with regard to national sovereignty.

Would you ever like to start the thread earlier, at about 30 minutes before show time?
I think it would help, that way we can look at Savage’s website and get the comments rolling............ ,,,,,,,,,,,,,
