No, it should be simple and stright-forward.

There are plenty of stories already out there that tell about the shortages/problems with health care in Britan and Canada. They aren’t sinking in.

I has to be personal. A one on one invertiew will make people think “that could be me.”

The problem with presenting personal stories *only* is that for every such ad that we run,Hussein can run one from some clown saying "oh,dear...I owe my very life to the British (or Canadian) government health system."

A newspaper headline like the one I mentioned,for example,would be very powerful when shown at the end of an ad in which a Brit/Canadian has just told a horror story about waiting 18 months for a hip replacement or 3 months for his/her cancer treatment to be started.
