Hmmm...interesting.Yes,I've heard of the driveway and roofing scams.I've also heard of the scams where a crowd of them enter a store and “razzle dazzle” the staff and then,in the confusion,make off with the goods.But I thought that those were Eastern European gypsies...not the Irish ones.

Actually, the razzle dazzle of the store staff is amateur hour stuff.

The scams I mentioned are their bread and butter.Far more lucrative use of their time.

They do their “work” and vanish—that is their M.O. They don;t want to be caught. Then the fun stops for them.
