First off my Grand Ma got married when she was 15, so I know it is possible. Secondly if she can get an abortion with out her parents permission she is adult enough to make other decisions. Thirdly I believe the intent of the law is to protect innocent children, I just do not consider this young woman innocent, she knew what she was going after.
