That one gave me the willies. Don’t see how Stein could call him a friend.
And back in 1978, the liberal areas in and around Washington DC gave a lot of money to Dave Durenberger ion his Senate campaign.
(That was becasue he was running against Bob Short, who had moved the Senators out of DC after the 1971 season.)
