We are already holding men accountable.
So the only missing link is not holding the mom accountable for her post conception choices.
Women do tend to have the uppper hand, especially in the courts. We tend to let men off the hook, or actively work to limit their contact and responsibility to/with their children. Seems some men give up, too.
