True enough, you're right. Just about everyone "cares" about the environment. We all need water and air, after all. Crist, however, is willing to weight businesss against environmental cost. I supported him in his defense of the Everglades rather than listen to the hysterical big business like Big Sugar.

This is all a matter of opinion of course, but I find that Crist's balance of business and environment is palatable to me. We just need to watch and make sure he doesn't get nutty with the spending, which is something he has shown some propensity for.
