This is why I'm convinced that homosexuality is actually a mental illness. I don't know many gays, but the ones that I do all have serious, underlying emotional and personality disorders.
Hilton is no different. As you put it, he's a bully. He's clearly stunted from a maturity standpoint. He's a narcissist and suffers from extremely low self-esteem - hence the desire to insult and harass others. And, there's a kind of strange misogyny in his actions. I would be fascinated to really know what kind of relationship he has with his mother, or perhaps another strong woman in his life. In short, he's a psychiatrist's dream.
Perez obviously has issues, no doubt about it.
As for your other comment, I think you should get to know a few more before judging. .
