Where is Orange County?
California.
It's the county with Chapel Hill/Carrboro in it. It also has a huge but thinly-populated northern half which is very conservative, but usually gets swamped out by the southern half. Most of them up there are conservative Democrats, and that's whose been changing and letting us know about it - they're very unhappy with how liberal the Dems are, and it's finally driven them to overcome the power of their great-great-great-granddaddies being Democrats!
