On April 29, The House of representatives passed the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009 (H.R. 1913) by a vote of 249 to 175. It is expected to be taken up in the Senate any day now.
Critics of the measure contend that, if the bill becomes law, it will force local and state law enforcement to prosecute and sentence individuals not only for the crimes they commit, but also for their beliefsa slippery slope which will take the country down the road toward eventually criminalizing the thoughts of the American people.

What about the Hate the house has for us?
Thought crimes are soooooooo Orwellian.
I guess a lot of us will be going to jail. I’m not shutting up!
And exactly who is going to be left outside the jail cell to pay the taxes if they lock us all up?
I cn’t believe they think this is right? I guess some are more equal than others?
Me neither! The time is coming for us to make some hard choices: God’s way and jail or man’s way and hell!
They don’t think it is right,,, they know it is wrong. They are proving themselves to be Marxists.
