One of my biggest pet peeves in life is watching cowardly, peer-pressured people cave to a Coliseum-type mobbing of the innocent. Their unison howling, sans any boo’s that I could hear, makes me physically ill. There must not have been one ounce of decency in the room. I would have shouted out SOMETHING in retort, even if it meant I lost my job as a “reporter.”
