The meeting this week between Barack Obama and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will speak volumes as to where the United States will officially stand in relation to its long history of support for Israel. Perhaps we are now at a point and place in history where the United States will no longer reach back to the Bible in its understanding the miraculous fulfillment of prophecy that occurred.

God has no such hesitations about HIS FULFILLMENT OF HIS PROPHECIES
regarding Israel.
Which of the 100 or so Biblical prophecies about the END TIMES that have already been fulfilled or are on the brink of being fulfilled do you not understand or are you not aware of?
16 Again the word of the LORD came to me: 17 "Son of man, when the people of Israel were living in their own land, they defiled it by their conduct and their actions. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. 30 I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine. 31 Then you will remember your evil ways and wicked deeds, and you will loathe yourselves for your sins and detestable practices. 32 I want you to know that I am not doing this for your sake, declares the Sovereign LORD. Nor does it cancel out God's sovereign promise to curse anyone who curses Israel. That vow still applies today, and it will be visited on America if Barack Obama abandons Israel or does anything that will cause her harm. With the way we as a nation have spit in God's face and the offenses we have committed against Him, the only thing holding God back from destroying this nation is our support of Israel. If we throw the nation of Israel to the wolves, we are finished.
It's that simple.

G-d knows everything that the Israelites have done, for now and throughout the ages, and yet he loves them all as his loving children, and he forgives. God has now called his children back home from all over the world. This is prophecy that can not be broken. This is something that Obama will have to find out, for he was not raised a Christian. He was raised in a godless home, with godless relatives and parents.
Your post is eloquent and powerful. I was reading in Joshua this morning in my quiet time. In those battles, the Lord Himself fought for Israel, once even raining down huge hailstones that killed the enemy but left Israelis unharmed. Entire cities were wiped out, down to the last animal. Do we learn NOTHING from Biblical history? We’d best choose to be on Israel’s side in any impending conflicts. I truly believe that that is one reason God has not only blessed our nation, but blessed the WORLD through our nation.
