The weasel-word "choice" is on the billboard, but I never got an explanation as to why. I'm sure they wouldn't have added it unless they were forced to. Do you know any more about it?
It looks to me they were trying to convey that “pro choice” really means “pro abortion”. Hence underlining the word abortion.

“Pro-abortion choice” is bizarre wording, but it has an advantage that it undermines the “pro-choice” language by pointing out the nature of the choice.
