I'm sure Chip Thoma is distributing a wanted poster on this obvious menace to society.

I'm sure there is a health and safety regulation, child labor restriction, sales tax requirement, or some other rule that Piper is violating. If not, then Governor Palin is still "clearly" abusing her office for personal profit by giving Piper's business preferential placement, and it's time for another ethics complaint.
I wonder how long it will be before some liberal attack thug gets a picture of Piper after too many glasses of lemonade in her tummy and comments on whether Piper might be pregnant. That would fit with their anti-Palin agenda and tactics.

I think actually it will be the Consumer Product Safety Comission. Possibly the FDA could go after her as well!

New business idea for Piper: mail-order cookies/snacks. She could either keep the money for college, or use the proceeds for her mom's legal defense fund against the Alaskan trolls.
Include an autographed pic of her and mom!
A lot of Conservatives would likely order...

You mean the employee is going to position Piper somewhere else?

Some idiot from the health department tried to fine my neighbors kids’ hotdog stand last weekend during your annual neighborhood garage sale day. When their dad asked to see the morons credentials he shut his mouth and walked away.

You beat me to it. Yes, I want to know if she has all her permits and business licenses in order. I want to know that she is paying all required payroll taxes for her employee. I want to know if she is collecting sales tax and filing the required sales tax returns.
I suggest that the MSM send teams of people up to Alaska again to see what they can find out. During the campaign, hordes of reporters descended on the town Obama calls “Wasilly” to see what they could learn about the Palins. This story is at least as important as when Sarah ran for vice-president.
To: TurtleUp
I'm sure there is a health and safety regulation, child labor restriction, sales tax requirement, or some other rule that Piper is violating. Even if there isn't, the federales can still just charge her a 90% retroactive tax increase like they tried to for AIG.

I doubt anybody is going to cite Piper for anything. We forget her mother run the government up there. I doubt some bureaucrat would want to be on the receiving end of Momma Grizzle.
