She was married and I assume had sex with a man. She can claim bisexuality but unless she’s going to claim rape, she’s a ways away from being able to declare herself a homosexual.

she’s a ways away from being able to declare herself a homosexual. She has publicly declared herself a homosexual, after Prop 51 was defeated. Are you saying she can't do that?
