As usual, the truth is staring the masses right in the face - and those of us who dare to speak it out loud are ridiculed and recently profiled as terror threats by the DHS.
The false promise of Democracy (also a byproduct of that infamous French Revolution and its egalitarian ideals) that is the zeitgeist of today is proving once again what great political philosophers from the Founding Fathers to Plato all knew it would be - tyranny of the least qualified and most greedy over the moral, resolute citizens who make society work.
Since about the time this article was written, my pet names for “it” have been The Usurper and Legion (a reference to “its” ability to shape shift on a dime, evoking an image from the Gospel of Mark - “My name is Legion, for we are many.”)
