I know this is true. My idiot ex had me hit with one of these claiming I assaulted her.

I was able to PROVE I WAS NOT EVEN HOME AT THE TIME and yet they still gave her one.

Of course I was never going back near her anyway after that so it was not quite a problem, and I got the kids because she was proven to be lying
