Benjibrowder, I just read your FR profile (18yo, Communications major ... I know, was there myself at one time), and now understand why you made the above unnecessary apology when you really didn't have to around here .. and the reason why you shouldn't apologize is this:
"Political Correctness" is an intimidation tactic utilized by the militant left in order to stifle differing viewpoints from public dialogue, to 'homogenize' the culture, and generally empower bullies to do what bullies do -- which is to, well, BULLY!
Very few here at FR even knew what 'teabagging' was, (in the perverted sense), until the drive-by MSM mentioned it as a ridicule of the (tax)Tea Parties .. I know that I had no clue what it was, and neither did many other FReepers.
Otherwise, this PC stuff is nothing more than a double-standard ... THEY (the left) are allowed to say and do anything that they want, while YOU (assuming you are right thinking) CANNOT! Pure bully tactic, nothing more.
