This guy is a scapegoat pure and simple. The only possible motive for the fly by was the photos taken of Air Force One for political reasons. The political people ordered this just like they arranged to have Obama and Biden show up at some hamburger place with a news team and camera crew already assembled and reading talking points about Obama and Biden being just regular guys. Everything about Obama is staged and phony. The MSM help to keep it that way.
