OK, my theory. Bashir Assad of Syria was the passenger.

http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3707257,00.html

“Assad was due to arrive in Vienna Sunday for a two-day working visit, during which he was to meet his Austrian counterpart Heinz Fischer to discuss bilateral economic and cultural issues as well the political challenges in the Middle East and Syria’s role in the region.”

He was in Europe. We are in final stages of negotiations for the Netanyahu visit to DC. Assad is the problem. The Kenyan SENT Air Force one to fly him here. That, or he came here and got the royal treatment. Secret negotiations, and the Kenyan wants to talk to Muslims before he talks to the Israelis. Thats how he justifies the secret.

Can we account for Obamas and Assads whereabouts on that weekend? This was a monday morning flight. A thank you for a good sunday rappin with a homie?

This is WAY more plausible than Bush I in an SR-71 to Paris.

Sorry, that's more "fan fiction" than a theory ... like you said, Assad was in Vienna on Sunday and Monday, so the press reports account for his whereabouts there. Ha'aretz (Israeli news) has him in Vienna on Monday ("Syrian President Bashar Assad repeated Monday his country's demand for the return of the Golan Heights ...")

This was a Monday morning flight; Vienna is 8 hours ahead of NYC. If he was in the plane, the day would have ended in Vienna by the time he got back and he wouldn't have been able to say all the things Ha'aretz says he did.

Unless, of course, the Austria-Syria talks were a sham, and Obama had Caldera pay off the foreign media, the Austrian foreign ministry, and the Austrian air-traffic controller's association, all so that — Assad could have a nice view of the Statue of Liberty?

I'm not saying it isn't possible — after all, a free society & free market allows people to calculate probabilities on their own. I just don't buy it!
