Note that it took much less time to get out the news of the aide's “resignation” than it did to get the official picture out.
He took the fall, so now Obama will wash his hands of it so he can do the people's business without this silly distraction.
The truth is that this stunt was pulled to make Obama and his administration look like patriotic heroes, when they are the exact opposite.
Reminds me of Clinton making a stone cross on Omaha Beach ( I think that's where it was). Photo ops to impress the mindless sheep.
