That’s correct. It is really, really a shame that Cheney had his heart problems - I think that he’d have made a great POTUS, and 2000 would have been his year. He’s far more intelligent and articulate than Gore, and he’d have cleaned his clock. It really would’ve been great to have a President with several hundred machine guns.
