LoL people are dying to know that! I stand by my and others original theory—this was done to gage new yorkers reaction to low flying aircrafts —just see if they still have the fear of 9-11 in them. It’s the simplest answer imho.

That Caldera’s term on the job would end like this was predictable, as he had a career history of “failing up.”
Between this and his stint on the IndyMac board, he may want to consult a resume coach before looking for his next gig.
I wonder how many people caught that fact? Failures and thieves that is what he’s all about.
