Because the operative Chicago thang is "pay to play"...so who paid?

I think Obobo's arrogance is such that to get a photo, he may well
have sent the plane up empty. Who knows.

Still, the passengers (if any) certainly had no say in the flight plan.

At least I would not think so.

Like this:

"Sure! Where to?"

"Oh, just around New York, see some sights."

"Hell yeah!"

I'd have gone. As long as I didn't have to sit next to Obobo or Aunt Esther.
