I believe you are right. And I think the reason they don’t want to release pictures was because there weren’t any - if they release one, check for photoshopping.
Maybe they will photoshop Miss Prejean’s head on the statue of liberty as was done to “create” rumored “nude photos”.
They just showed a photo on FOX. Can’t really tell much from the TV but if we can get the full size pic on the net we can get a good look.
Offhand I would say the photo was taken at well over 1000 feet but I’m not qualified to judge.
