Liz, your passion on this is clear, but some of your facts are misleading.

Cerberus has no ties to Madoff and cut all ties to Merkin at the beginning of the year.

Cerberus also sold its stake in Bank Leumi (Israel).

Cerberus gave up its stake in Chrysler.
