A cow is born
World Net Daily ^ | 5/8/09 | Ilana Mercer

I thought Elizabeth Hasselback, the Republican Party's brain trust on the "View," was a little simple. But, intellectually, she towers above the succession of vacuous, narcissistic, pig-ignorant panelists paraded on Sean Hannity's "Great American Panel."

Just as you thought American pop-politics could go no lower, a woman with real curb appeal appears on the political scene. Meghan McCain might just be the greatest ditz to date to emerge from that big tent Republicans keep touting.

Meghan made her first major debut on the Rachel Maddow Show. There, in defiance of Ms. McCain's empty refrains and non sequiturs, the left-liberal TV talker helped establish her as a person in possession of a functioning frontal lobe.

"I love being open," Meghan babbled. [I bet] "I'm so different; I've seen A LOT," uttered in that staccato, tart inflection. "I'm a twit," or was it "I twitter"? Who knows?

More vintage verbiage from La McCain: "It's like weird. I don't completely understand econ; I keep reading, I just don't understand it. … I only write what I know about." [Translation: I write a lot about very little.]

Meghan is like a dripping tap. If you've read the first few lines of a blog post, you've read all two diarrheic pages of it.

Ms. McCain's favorite, young Republican candidate is some "hottie" who believes in "the capital system," appeals to minorities and is wise to the use of the paparazzi (an absolute must).

Well if she is going to slam Elizabeth Hasselback, she should at least compare her performance to the juvenile perspective provided by the venal hate witches representing the Left on the LiberalView.

I’m not sure I understand the title, “A cow is born”?

I’m pretty sure it’s a snarky reference to Ms. McCain’s weight. As vapid and silly as I find Ms. McCain, the constant insults about her weight are just as stupid as McCain’s political utterances.

I'm more inclined to think it is a “useful idiot” reference, rather than a jab at her weight. Cows are incredibly stupid and very useful creatures. Ms. McCain is exactly that for liberals.

“A cow is born”, or in other words, “A useful idiot has been created by the media”.

Could be. McCain makes Paris Hilton seem deep and reflective.

When conservatives first reaction to an opponent is to make fun of the way they look, it is no wonder they don’t attract converts.

I wouldn’t want to sidle up to them either.

BTW - That World Nut Daily editors let this article go out with this title tell us more about WND than the author.

ROFL. Did you follow the link on that one? There is a reason I can't stand Hannity.

I’ve seen that before. Victoria Jackson seems more intelligent and informed than Meghan McLame, the harpies on The View, and Sean “You’re a great American by simply calling my radio talk show!” Hannity in that clip.

Oh... I dunno... It certainly would be painful to watch them together, though.

I do think Victoria was correct in describing Obama as a communist, that his church taught and teaches Marxist Liberation Theology, and that our nation needs the Bible. Those 3 statements are more intelligent and accurate than anything I’ve yet heard from Miss McLame. I do part company with Victoria when it comes to her desire for Hannity to become President though.

When Beckel challenged Victoria on her position she should’ve asked him “How is Obama not a communist?”

” It certainly would be painful to watch them together...”

It depends upon what your definition of “together” is. /Clinton
