Serious Question.
Why is she not being prosecuted under the Brogan Decision?
Brogan holds that anybody can be prosecuted for lying to any “federal official”
at any time for any reason. This is the law used to prosecute Scooter Libby
and Martha Stuart.
Pelosi lied to federal officials. She certainly did. So she is a felon. No
further discussion is required. Just sentencing.
