To: GBA; Chief Engineer; Fred Nerks

Believe me, it’s long been a nagging concern of mine as well.

I read the Constitutional language as:

a member of the Senate and a member of the House have the opportunity to voice an objection to the electoral vote.

VP Cheney did not ask the question that I saw.

I’m just not clear as to whether Vice President must asked if there ARE any objections, or if anyone with objections can just voice them.

I now wonder why that hand in the crowd was raised.

Cheney was not allow the moment to ask if any had objection! That’s what Pelosi’s instant clap was designed to prevent, the asking for objections. Watch the replay. Open your mind and eyes.
