“The resolution to proclaim Sept. 24, 2009, as Islam Day passed the Senate on a 22-3 vote. It had previously passed the House.
The bill seeks to recognize “the rich religious, scientific, cultural and artistic contributions” that Islam and the Islamic world have made. It does not call for any spending or organized celebration of Islam Day.”
Yes, that culture created our numerals and the ZERO. Zero has become the likelihood of our doing an Autumn visit.
That is fine with Me; I had been lobbying for an Autumn trip to the Ozarks, and not winning.
Now, I get to book a Cabin that will fit Us, our grown and married kids & the household pooch from each household.
I don’t have to do a dog less vacation!
