Article text can't be posted, this story was linked to by Drudge and regards the both the delay in reporting of the stimulus spending and the fact that you will only be able to follow the money two levels deep.
Thats right, two levels team. So if level one is the state and level two is the city or county, thats it. You won't be able to see how it is really spent.
This is ripe for corruption.
