The *point* is that Montana says thats not valid and is a dishonest unconstitutional interpretation of the commerce clause. And Montana says “ok, your move, what you going to do about it Kenyan?”

If the feds push, Montana says their next move is to vote to seceed.

Maybe so, but then Montana is ignoring years and years of accepted pecedent and law. And, while I AGREE - it is doubtful they can prevail in todays environment. These types of challanges need to be made when the decisions are first handed down - not years - decade or centuries later!!

I’ll help Montana fight if they want me.

Point made! And what a worthy point it is at that! And it couldn't happen to a more worthy Kenyan! Even the previous idiot in chief wannabee, Kerry wouldn't be pulling the stunts the Kenyan has!

Great in theory, but can Montana support itself if they did? They are landlocked, and lets face it, the Feds could overrun Montana pretty easy.

This won’t stand, as much as I would like it to. To make it stand would involve the Montana State Police arresting ATF agents going after someone who built or bought a firearm made under this law. And I doubt that would happen.
