Has nothing to do with a right not to ingest such fumes. You can drink in "public places" just not out in the open. Ironically, it'd be easier to avoid high concentrations of pot smoke if it were only allowed out in the open than it would in the "private" places where drinking is allowed. Nothing you said indicates a belief that people should have a right to demand others not smoke pot around them.
