That opinion stands on its own, and contains all the "facts" necessary.

Again, my opinion requires no "support," as long as I hold it. Were I trying to convince YOU of it, then support might be needed.
When the genius that is your intellect invents a device to keep all narcotic fumes from leaving your person while you're smoking, then I'll support legalization for adults. Until then, pack up your trailer and move to California.

And btw, I am not aware of any college in any state where smoking pot is both legal and allowed by college regulation in dormitories. Because of this, I am not sure what your comments have to do with legalization.
He wasn’t giving you a FACT based argument, but his OPINION, for which facts may form a base, but are not needed to state it as his OPINION. He doesn’t even have to tell you WHICH facts figure in or how. Just as you provided no facts in your “argument.” So it’s a wash.
