The Laura Ingraham show is on now. She has Bill Donahue from the Catholic League for Civil Rights discussing the latest Ron Howard/Tom Hanks anti-Christian epic.
I was on the phone during that segment and didn’t hear it.
What did Mr. Donahue have to say about “Opie?”
They were talking about how the new film has a disclaimer up front saying it’s fiction in India which is 2 per cent Christian. Donahue wisely said they should put that on the film everywhere, not just India.
Nice to hear Barbara Walters stand up for Miss California and she shouldn’t have been disqualified from winning Miss USA due to her views on marriage. And I agree with Baba Wawa that one’s politics shouldn’t be an issue if that person is the best qualified for a non-political job. Maybe the old gal’s gaining a little common sense in her old age.
I’m Mormon and I get very angry when people attack the Catholic Church.

That would be media, arts, education and now the Federal government. We do not have to pretend to wonder why there are no normal people movies, actors, directors and why judges only pick left wing as the best.
We have almost unanimous left wing news readers who giggle about teabagging one another on CNN.
Marxism totally dominates universities and public schools and if students do not spit back the party line, they are regularly failed or marked down by leftist teachers. That means they don't get into top schools no matter how smart they are.
This never changes whether Democrats or Republicans are in power.
True. It’s so ridiculous when the Lefties scream “McCarthyism!” whenever there’s even a suggestion that the Right might do such a thing to them. It’s all projection on their part. They are the true blacklisters.
The Left is perfectly aware they used black listing. They are not projecting, they are deceiving. They use the McCarthism ploy to keep their more radical operatives and activism dominate by discrediting exposure as McCarthyism. Why it works, I don’t know. I think the majority know the ploy.

Also: state governments, local governments, professional activism, not-for-profit organizations, the journalism industry, the clergy (especially Protestants), aristocrats (i.e. trust-fund babies)...
...basically, every institution responsible for the dissemination of ideas not directly tied to practical concerns (i.e. intellectuals).
