Zero is going to sign a treaty banning firearms. Obama promised Mexican President Calderon that he would sign CIFTA. Executive action without Congress.

Just like GWB signed that treaty with Canada and Mexico to form the North American Union. I expect Zero will take this action sometimes before July 31st. Check my recent posts and freeper page for details.
