I swear by GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract).It’s antibacterial and antiviral - powerful stuff. We use it internally and topically for just about anything, and I always put a few drops in all the hand soap containers in the house.
It seems to knock the illness out of us too (GSE). We also take a clove of garlic and eat it whole. Works for us.
