Why would you post such an unflattering picture of Reagan just to get a rise? It is most likely photoshop! I have a feeling you were not so fond of him!You are joking right? That photo came from a White House Correspondence Dinner where Reagan was once again displaying his incredible sense of humor by saying he heard that everything was "off the record so he always wanted to do this to the press".

It's a great picture of the Gipper. His sense of humor was his greatest asset. It worked because it wasn't “rehearsed”.
The man was real.
