The purists demand strict adherence to set of principles...nothing too wrong with that I guess. What I don't understand is how they expect that too happen by stamping their feet and hoping to simply sweep the detritus from the the sidewalk when they can't even get their preferred candidates past the primaries...ostensibly by votes only from republicans and conservatives.

The thing I've noticed is that the people who spend all day hijacking threads and calling everyone "RINOs" are the founders and members of Third Parties who have vested interests in seeing the GOP crash and burn. The problem is they never have the courage to admit who they are. They also never seem to have better candidates to support or better platforms. At least, they don't mention any.

I am really surprised Jim has allowed these people to take over the site and run crazy. The Birchers are even back.
