I agree that there was a lot voter fraud with probably 98% of it going in favor of the Democrats. But I think the margin of victory was too great to explained by voter fraud. If for example the elections was 50.5% Obama, 49.5 McCain then yes voter fraud may well have been the difference. But the margin was too large.
