Bill Clinton's secretary's brother died in a highway accident just days before she was to testify regarding his bad behavior.

He was crossing an interstate highway. He was struck by a truck. Then, he was struck by a truck coming the other way.

What do you mean by "Begin"? Did people think "the Clinton Body Count" was a joke or something?
