Joe is the gift that keeps on giving. It's just that sort of giving that Zero wants to stop. I have a feeling that "stay off the subway" was Plugs' final gaffe. It wouldn't be surprising to me if Barry's people are leaking this.
They'd much rather appoint a new Veep who will toe the party line a little better. And with the current makeup of Congress, they're guaranteed to get that person confirmed.
